Great chicken. Good pizza and friendly staff. The fact that you can request a special pizza they will serve you then put the rest on the buffet is pretty unique. We will be back.
The food was good and made fresh to order. Their dessert options were delicious as well. The game room has a large selection of fun activities for everyone to enjoy.
The people that worked at pizza ranch were all very kind and respectful to me and provided me with good care and helped me if i had any questions. I had a great time here and will eat again!
I was surprised by the variety of food for a pizza buffet. Salad bar had good quality options, and everything was well attended. Fresh ingredients and pizzas were always on the way. Great value and kids pay based on age, which is nice. Highly recommend for families. They even have ice cream and actual "pizza pies."
I go often, and I watch the wait staff when there. Today there was a young lady, I would hire taking care of us. I took $5 out of my purse and handed it to her. I was tipping her for her excellent work ethics. I have been told you make all wait staff put their tips in a bowl and split them evenly amongst them. As I said I watch wait staff when I'm there. I worked in the field for 44 years. What I observe when thereis some work like they should, as a team. Others watch a piece of pizza dropped on the floor, and spend more time finding somebody else to pick it up, when it would of taken 2 seconds to pick it up themselves. Wait staff pick up a couple plates and take 5 minutes to take care of them, while they walk by 5 dirty tables. I've seen somebody ask to sit at a table that isnt cleaned, and instead of going and getting a rag to clean it off, they tell the people they will go find somebody to clean it, then leave them standing there; for longer then they should. You have a good turn over of employees, I never see the same waitstaff... Being forced to give up money to somebody that they watch figuring out ways to do as little as possible, just is not fair. I come in often and with different people and groups, I will continue to watch to see what's up. Return customers are ones that are well taken care of by a person. They want to come back and see a great waitress again. I have watched 3 restaurants open and close with in a year. Directly hurt because they couldn't keep people working for them, to bring good customers back. Shame on you if you don't rethink making people give up half the tips THEY EARN is right.... When a person tips they are paying YOU for your good work, not paying everybody...
On-time delivery for our work Christmas party! Food was delicious as it was my first time trying the Pizza Ranch. Our food was delivered hot at our lunch hour! Thank you so much for a great first experience! Shawn Taylor Jr did an amazing job!
We went there for lunch today. Bre was our waitress and she was AMAZING! She kept coming over to make sure we were good. She made everyone feel welcome, talked with my nieces and complimented them on their outfits. I don't live in the area but will definitely go back when I am there. The food was fresh and tasty. Wide variety from the pizza bar to the salad bar and even a breakfast bar with eggs, waffles, French toast sticks and more.
Good time and usually a pretty stocked buffet. Kids enjoy the arcades as well in between eating back and forth.
Pizza Ranch was really awesome! Great experience for families or parties, the pizza was definitely fresh and hot and rotated out frequently and it was busy enough that pizzas were selling out that they were constantly putting fresh pizzas out anyways. The dessert pizza was really good, there's a blueberry crumble one that was very decadent. The arcade is amazing, I feel like it was very good value for the amount of tokens and time spent in there. The service staff was also very friendly and super understanding of groups with young kids and that they have a lot of excitement with the arcade being part of the experience. Overall a five-star visit in my opinion!
Willa provided exceptional service during our visit to Pizza Ranch. She was friendly, attentive, and professional from the moment we arrived — greeting us with a warm smile, checking in frequently without being intrusive, and making great menu suggestions. Our food arrived promptly and accurately, and Willa went out of her way to accommodate a special request with a positive attitude. Her upbeat demeanor and clear pride in her work created a welcoming atmosphere for our whole group. She demonstrated excellent communication, efficiency, and genuine care for customers. Employees like Willa are a real asset to your team — she deserves recognition from management for consistently delivering five-star service. I’ll be returning because of servers like her.
